Madagascan vanilla sponge laced with a vanilla syrup, filled with a madagascan vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve.


ZESTY LEMON

Sicilian lemon sponge laced with a vanilla syrup, filled with Sicilian lemon buttercream and tangy lemon curd.


VALENCIA ORANGE

Valencia orange sponge laced with a vanilla syrup and filled with an orange buttercream.


SWEET CINNAMON 

Cinnamon sponge laced with a vanilla syrup and filled with a Madagascan vanilla buttercream.


MARVELLOUS MARBLE

Madagascan vanilla and Belgian chocolate marbled sponge  laced with a vanilla syrup and filled with a Madagascan vanilla buttercream.


COOKIES AND CREAM

Madagascan vanilla sponge scattered with Oreo biscuit pieces, laced with a vanilla syrup and filled with a vanilla buttercream. 


BELGIAN CHOCOLATE AND SALTED CARAMEL

Belgian chocolate sponge laced with a caramel syrup, filled with a salted  caramel buttercream and salted caramel.


BELGIAN CHOCOLATE 

Belgian chocolate sponge laced with vanilla syrup and filled with a Belgian chocolate mousse buttercream.

Coffee sponge laced with espresso coffee syrup and filled with a coffee buttercream.


RICH FRUIT CAKE

A mature, fruit studded rich fruit cake filled with a generous layer of marzipan.


RED VELVET

Red velvet sponge laced with a vanilla syrup and filled with a Madagascan vanilla buttercream.


BLACK FOREST

Belgian chocolate sponge laced with a vanilla syrup, filled with a  Madagascan vanilla buttercream and a black cherry conserve.


COCONUT AND LIME

Coconut sponge laced with vanilla syrup,  filled with a lime buttercream and lime curd.


LEMON AND BLUEBERRY

Lemon sponge laced with vanilla syrup and filled with a blueberry buttercream.


JAFFA CAKE

Belgian chocolate sponge laced with vanilla syrup and filled with a Valencia orange buttercream.


BAKE-WELL TART

Almond sponge laced with vanilla syrup, filled with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve.





All of our SPONGE cakes consist of four layers of sponge and three generous layers of filling.

All of our fondant finished cakes are encased in a thin layer of Belgian milk chocolate ganache before being covered in fondant .




ALERGY ADVICE 


All of our regular cakes contain gluten, EGGS and may contain nuts or traces of nuts. 

We are able to make gluten free cakes for customers with a gluten intolerance but not a gluten allergy as our kitchen is not a certified ALERGY FREE WORK SPACE.. 

WE DO NOT CATER FOR EGGLESS, DAIRY FREE OR VEGAN DIETS.
